Welcome to thrice-weekly Meditation and Study

Welcome, Friend! You are most welcome to join me and other friends of mine world-wide via Zoom.
To participate, just click on this link: tiny.cc/3c3luz
We commence our sessions with a short period of anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing) alternating with metta bhavana (development of universal, unconditional kindness) meditation with a minimum of instruction. That is followed by an hour or so of study. Currently we are reading and discussing Bhante Sangharakshita's talks given in the 1980's mainly to Indian Dalits (ex-Untouchables and other "depressed classes"). The text for every session is provided. The sessions are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The sesions commence at 3:00pm GMT (UK time), 9:00am CDT (Mexico time), 8:30pm IST (India time), and last one and a half hours. There is no need to book.
If you have Zoom already installed, on clicking the link above, you will enter the session immediately and I will welcome you (provided you arrive within five minutes of the beginning of the session). If you do not have zoom installed, you will be invited to have it installed automatically, which is quick and straightfoward.
The lessons are free, and everyone at whatever stage of practice, whether Beginner, Dhammamitra or Order member of Triratna Buddhist Order, or member of another Sangha, is welcome.
Over the last couple of years providing these sessions, I have found them not only an excellent way of deepening one's understanding of the Dhamma but also of making and deepening one's friendships with other participants - we spend a little time each session checking-in with each other.
